Everything was just perfect.

I loved my stay at Pavilions Amsterdam, The Toren. The staff really made a difference. They were so welcoming from the moment I walked in. I didn't expect them to help with my bags, but they offered without hesitation. My room was cozy, decorated in a charming European style. However, the room size was a bit on the smaller side. It felt cramped at times, and I had trouble fitting my suitcase. The lack of drawer space made organizing my belongings difficult. The hotel’s location is excellent, just a short walk to major attractions like the Anne Frank museum. Breakfast was nice, but I wished there were more dining options available. The bar had a good atmosphere, but the food didn’t meet my expectations. Overall, the uniquely decorated rooms and attentive staff made up for some of the inconveniences I faced during my stay, and I would consider returning, especially for the fantastic service.

This hotel offered a wonderfully unique stay with its richly decorated rooms that felt both cozy and luxurious, particularly the canal view room which was a delight to wake up in. The staff were attentive and genuinely friendly, enhancing the personal touch of my visit. Breakfast was a highlight, with a range of freshly prepared options that set a lovely start to the day. However, the bathroom could have benefited from more space for personal items as the room felt a bit snug at times.
